Niall joined BBH in October 2006 as Global Head of Talent Management. He looks after the development of existing and future leaders across the group.

Prior to joining BBH, he was a HR consultant within the industry and once upon a time he was a Managing Partner at WCRS Limited. Niall holds a MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management and he was made a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development in 2003.
