Before joining BBH, Neil spent 16 years at Unilever running some of its biggest brands. In his last role, he was Global Brand Director on Axe – Unilever’s fastest growing brand – with sales over $1billion.
Neil joined BBH in 2006 to launch the Agency’s brand invention company, Zag. The business now employs fifteen people in London and New York and its first brand, Ila Security, was floated on the British AIM stock market in 2010.
In July 2012 Neil was promoted to the role of Group Chief Operating Officer. Together with CEO Gwyn Jones, Neil will work to ensure that BBH remains the definitive creative network. He will remain as Chief Executive of Zag.
