Gwyn was one of the first BBH graduates to be hired in 1987. Since then he has held many different roles, including Managing Director of BBH London during some of the most successful years in the Agency’s history.

In 2004, Gwyn was made CEO of BBH London before moving to BBH New York to take up the same position. During his three years in New York he led the agency through period of strong growth and industry awards success.

In 2008 Gwyn returned to the UK and took up the role of Group Chief Operating Officer. In 2012 he was promoted to Group Chief Executive Officer.
