Gwyn was one of the first BBH graduates to be hired in 1987. Since then he has held many different roles, including Managing Director of BBH London, during some of the most successful years in the Agency’s history.

In 2004, he was made CEO of BBH London before moving to BBH New York to be CEO. During his three years there he led the agency through a period of strong growth and industry awards success.

Early in 2008, Gwyn was promoted to the role of Group Chief Operating Officer and now oversees all offices around the BBH network.
